In addition to the initiator Anett Gregorius (Apartmentservice) Ralf Krause (ADAPT APARTMENTS), Marcus Löwe (IG Serviced Apartments), Matthias Rincón (iPartment), Immanuel Lutz (SCHOENHOUSE APARTMENTS), Juliane Marx (LikeApart) and Katharina Schaller (Trinom Business Apartments) joined the cooperation in order to create a nationwide network of apartment houses specialised in long stays.
The label focuses on the initial orientation of the Serviced Apartment industry and thus takes on a pioneering role in the increasingly demanded standardisation of the segment.
With tested minimum standards for the apartment equipment, uniform cancellation policies as well as all-inclusive rates independent of fair trades, The Best For Long Stays guarantees a simple booking process for long-term stays from 28 nights. The general waiver of deposits, simplified payment through a declaration of cost of the company and the opportunity to book the apartments online will round off the conditions of participation. In doing so, the long stay label attempts to fulfil the requirements and needs of travel managers, for whom uniform rates and simple booking processes are essential.
The Best For Long Stays will incorporate partner houses in several German cities into the exclusive label.
