"Rudi" is the name of the café & deli that has recently opened in the centre of the large science and business location of Berlin-Adlershof to create a "Friday feeling". Whether croissants, waffles or bowls - the offerings are available to both apartment residents and people in the neighbourhood and ensure more variety in the district.
It took two years to build the new Nena Apartments Adlershof at Döpfeldstraße 37. In addition to a reception with a personal contact person, 58 new rooms, studios and apartments for up to four people have been created. All have a balcony or terrace. As befits serviced apartments, each studio and apartment has a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking, from a dishwasher, oven and microwave to a complete set of crockery and cutlery. There is also a guest washing machine and tumble dryer in the building. As part of a contract, Nena and the owner of the property have agreed to implement sustainable measures throughout the house and to avoid excessive consumption levels.

Since last May, Nena has also been located directly on the Spree: Nena Apartments Spreeblau is located in the Schöneweide district of Berlin at Schnellerstraße 90b and has 51 serviced apartments ranging from 28 to 53 square metres. With great cosy flair, they have one to two bedrooms for two to four guests. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, many with a view of the Spree. Among the absolute highlights are the inner courtyard and the 32-metre-long terrace directly on the banks of the Spree, complete with boat mooring - right in the heart of the capital.
The new Lakelofts could soon be moored here, as Nena is planning to open its first houseboats in Berlin soon. The hospitality professional is also continuing to grow outside Berlin: after Bochum last year, the first house will soon open in Munich.
