The family business first began offering serviced apartments with Acora Hotel & Wohnen - all of these properties in Bochum, Düsseldorf, Karlsruhe and Bonn are now sailing under the new Acora Living the City long-stay brand launched by Novum in 2021. And a number of new serviced apartment buildings have now been added in other cities.
Acora Berlin Living the City in Franklinstraße on Salzufer, which will be completed in 2022, marked the start. The 139 apartments are between 22 and 33 square metres in size. All have their own kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, cooker and coffee pod machine. As in all Acora houses, the apartments can be checked in and out digitally. Those who want to work and relax together can use the lobby area with a snack and drinks vending machine, and there is also an app-controlled laundry room for guests. And right next door to Acora Berlin Living the City is The Niu Flash by Novum Hospitality, whose bar with small dishes and drinks is also available to Acora guests.
There are other new Acora Living the City centres in Augsburg, Potsdam, Leipzig, Hamburg, Heidelberg and Fürth, some of which also offer a breakfast buffet.

Another hotel in the Berlin area is expected to be added in December of this year. Acora Berlin Airport Living the City is located in Neuschönefeld near the airport in the Mizar Gate Offices, also next to one of Novum Hospitality's The Niu Hotels. Originally planned primarily for offices, 175 serviced apartments are now being built here.
