About the accommodation

Welcome to Leipzig – a city with charm and energy. The 49 stylish apartments were opened in March 2020 and are in downtown Leipzig, right next to the main shopping street Hainstrasse on Grosse Fleischergasse 19. Four different apartment categories - Cosy, Comfy, Amazing and Fantastic between 22 and 62 sq. m. cover the different needs for 2-3 guests. The fully furnished apartments with large windows, parquet floors and highquality furnishings ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the city. The fully equipped kitchen are equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, dish washer, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle and a toaster. Pot, pan, designer crockery and cutlery by Alessi complete the kitchen equipment. Enjoy your self-cooked meals at the dining table or a working session on your separate desk. The more spacious apartments offer a sofa bed in the living area. Your relaxation sleep is guaranteed in a queen-size bed with soft linens separated by a wall from the living area. The SMART TV to stream your own channels and the complimentary Wifi will ease your work or comfort your relaxation time in your apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Soft towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are ready for your arrival and will be provided by housekeeping weekly. There are no extra charges for a final cleaning as your all-inclusive rate covers all utilities, wifi and all housekeeping costs. Washing machines and dryer are available in the laundry room at a small cost. If you don´t have time to do your laundry on your own the host will explain the laundry service to you. The adjoining Hainstrasse is Leipzig´s largest shopping street and offers numerous shops, restaurants and bars around. Leipzig can be explored on the well-developed bike paths. The bicycle storage ensures a safe accommodation for your bike as well.
