For stays up to 28 nights, the total amount is to be paid at the latest upon arrival and credit card details are to be provided upon booking. For stays of 29 nights or more, the first month's rent is payable up to five days before arrival. For stays of more than one month, the first month's rent is due by the time of arrival, and further payment is due monthly in advance. Cost absorption declarations on the business paper of the booking company can be accepted after prior consultation and with payment monthly in advance.

If required, a landlord's confirmation of residence can be issued for stays of 28 nights or more. The landlord's confirmation of residence is filled out online by the guest (accessible via the QR code on the Welcome Card in the apartment). The apartment house then checks and approves it within one business day via e-mail.
