For stays of up to 28 nights, the total amount must be paid on arrival at the latest. For stays of 29 nights or more, the first month's rent must be paid up to five days before arrival. For stays of several months, the first month's rent is due by the time of arrival, further payments are made monthly in advance. Declarations of assumption of costs on the business paper of the booking company can be accepted by prior arrangement and with payment monthly in advance.

For each booked apartment a deposit of 200€ must be paid before arrival via Hobex Paymentlink. (Only possible by credit card payment)

The apartments at Green Leisure Aparthotel are available in Smart, Comfort, Standard and Superior categories. Each one is equipped with an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, microwave and coffee capsule machine for preparing delicious meals, as well as a private bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are also available for cleaning clothes. Each apartment also has a desk where you can work productively during your visit to Vienna. Free WiFi is available to all guests. The room temperature can be individually controlled thanks to underfloor heating and air conditioning. After work or for a relaxing movie night, each room also has a television with access to streaming providers. From here, tram line 49 and underground line U3 take you to the city centre in around 10 minutes. Westbahnhof railway station is also approximately one kilometre from the aparthotel. If you are looking for a relaxing place in the countryside, you can linger in one of the parks in the area – Vogelweidpark, Märzpark and other parks are less than a 15-minute walk away.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation per apartment up to 14 nights before arrival free of charge. In case of

later cancellation and also in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee per apartment in the

of the agreed total rate for the first 14 nights for a booking of up to 59 nights

up to 59 nights, for a booking of 60 nights or more the cancellation fee is the total rate of the first 28 nights.
