An additional EUR 46.00 per night will be charged for additional persons during the Oktoberfest and BAUMA. For certain trade fairs (BAUMA) and during the Oktoberfest, a surcharge of 100 % will also be charged for long-term stays. There is no intermediate cleaning during the stay, this can be booked for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are provided (not made up) and changed once a week if required. For this purpose, guests lay out the linen to be changed and receive new linen in return (without changing the bed linen). If required, a landlord's confirmation of residence can be issued on site for stays of 1 month or more. Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement.
