About the accommodation

The H.ome Serviced Apartments Munich offer comfortable apartments for long term stays and are located approximately 2 km away from the BMW Welt. The close by Olympiapark can be reached after 2.8 km. The next airport – München Milbertshofen- is about 36 km away from the apartment house. „Am Hart“ is well known for all travelers who enjoy a great atmosphere and city trips combined with a well working public transportation system. All of the 105 non-smoking apartments are equipped with air condition, a kitchenette with dish washer, a microwave, toaster, cutlery and further kitchen utensils. Furthermore, they all have a fridge with freezer and a coffee machine. The bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower and towels, wireless LAN is included. For an additional fee, breakfast will be served in the neighbouring partner hotel. In addition, the apartments offers laundry service and express-check-in and parking space (extra charges apply) to all guests. Bike for hire are offered as well.

Cancellation policy

Stays of up to 3 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After that and in case of no-show 90 % of the booked stay will be charged.

Stays from 4 to 6 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days before arrival (6 pm). After that and in case of no-show 90 % of the booked stay will be charged.

For stays from 7 to 29 nights a free cancellation is possible until 7 days before arrival (6 pm). Afzer that and in case of no-show 90 % of 7 nights will be charged.

Stays of 30 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (6 pm). After that and in case of no-show the apartment house will charge 90 % of 30 nights.

An earlier departure has to be announced as follows:

Stays 4 to 14 nights: 7 days in advance; for stays up to 6 nights 90 % of the booked stay will be charged and for stays 7 to 14 nights 75 % of the booked stay.

Stays from 15 to 29 nights: 14 days in advance; 50 % of the originally booked stay will be charged.

Stays from 30 nights: 21 days in advance; 50 % of the original stay will be charged.

In case the minimum stay is not reached the rate increases retroactively.
