For stays up to 13 nights, the total amount must be paid 2 days before arrival at the latest and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking.
For stays between 14 - 27 nights, the total amount must be be paid up to 7 days before arrival at the latest and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking.
For stays of 28 nights or more, the first month's rent must be paid up to 14 days before arrival. For stays of several months, the first month's rent is due 14 days before arrival, further payments are due monthly in advance. Declarations of assumption of costs on the business paper of the booking company can be accepted by prior arrangement and with payment monthly in advance.
