For stays of up to 6 nights, the apartment is cleaned daily and the linen is changed twice a week; final cleaning is included. For stays longer from 7 nights, the cleaning and the change of linen and towels is done once a week and the final cleaning is charged additionally. An additional rental agreement from the apartment house must be signed in advance.

A landlord´s confirmation of residence cannot be provided in this house.

The wireless LAN is available free of charge with 1000MB per day/per terminal.

The laundry room with washing machines and dryers can be used by guests for EUR 8.00 per day. Detergents for 2 wash loads are included.
