In case of booking conclusion, credit card details are required to guarantee the booking.

For stays of 1 month or more, the apartment house provides a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required. When registering with the Frankfurt authorities, the broadcasting fee has to be paid by the guest himself.

The maximum stay is 182 nights.

For stays up to 28 nights the final cleaning is included, for stays from 29 nights the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 25.00.
