Assistance dogs are always welcome free of charge (please inform us in advance).

Exceptions are 1 small dog (max. 10 kg and 35 cm) after consultation with reception (only for long stays + 28 nights / EUR 8.00 per night).

About the accommodation

Buongiorno and a warm welcome to Frankfurt/Main. In January 2021 the Brera Serviced Apartments will open their newest apartment house in this Main Metropolis. Located in Frankfurt West in Solmsstrasse 56 you will find the apartment house with 149 units. Five different apartment categories, Cosy, Comfy, Amazing, Fantastic and Terrific, between 20 and 60 sq. m., cover the different needs for 2-4 guests. The completely furnished apartments ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay in the city with heart. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove and microwave, a fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and, in keeping with Brera´s Italian origins, a Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen equipment is completed by pots, pans, designer dishes and cutlery from Alessi. In the apartment there is a dining table for eating or working, and sometimes a desk for working. The queen-size bed with soft bed linen guarantees restful sleep. A relaxing evening or working in the apartment is made possible by the HD-TV and the free wireless LAN. In the Amazing and Fantastic Apartment you will find a sofa bed for a third guest. Enough space and premium comfort up to 4 guests gives you the Terrific Apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. In addition, soft towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are available for you on arrival. All additional costs, the final cleaning as well as the weekly cleaning of the apartment including change of linen are included in the apartment rate. You will find a variety of shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the house. The central location is the ideal starting point for a carefree stay in the exciting city. „Frankfurt-West“ urban railway station is a 10-minute walk away. After 3 stops you are at Frankfurt central station and in the city centre. Explore the vibrant city by bike. After just 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
