In case of an official residence registration, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guests themselves. The minimum stay is 14 nights, the maximum length of stay is 184 nights. Payment is due in advance and for longer stays monthly in advance. Declarations of cost absorption can be accepted by prior arrangement with the inclusion of a credit card. For stays from 14 nights the apartment house does provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required after prior agreement.
