You can choose from the 23 m² Studio Apartment with a double bed (1.60 m), the 35 m² Studio Twin Apartment with two single beds, and the Studio L Apartment, which also features a comfortable double bed. These apartments invite you to enjoy restful nights while traveling.

All smartments apartments feature a combined living and dining area. The open and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cozy evenings spent cooking. In addition to two stovetops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave, the apartments are equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils for your stay. The living area includes a dining table. The Studio L smartments also feature air conditioning. The separate bathroom with a shower and hair dryer perfectly rounds out the apartments. All rooms are also equipped with free Wi-Fi.

In addition to the apartment amenities, the smartments also stand out for their comprehensive cleaning service. During your stay, you'll have access to a free weekly cleaning service as well as a free 14-day interim cleaning. The final cleaning is also included in the price. This ensures your stay is as worry-free and relaxing as possible.

Building amenities also include washing machines, dryers, irons, and ironing boards, as well as snack and beverage vending machines that all guests can use. A small fee of €2 is required to use the washing machines, and a fee of €1 is required for the dryers. The private parking lot is available for a fee of €13 per day.
