For these stays the apartment cleaning is included once a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 29 nights the first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The apartment will be cleaned fortnightly and the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 99.00. For all stays a separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed in advance. If required, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more.
