The city of Bonn levies an accommodation tax of 6% for business and leisure trips for a maximum of 21 nights.

The minimum stay is 14 nights, the maximum length of stay is 180 nights.

For stays up to 5 nights a deposit of EUR 50.00 per night is required. For stays of 6 nights or more, a one-off deposit of EUR 300.00 will be charged. The deposit is waived if a valid credit card is provided as a guarantee.

Payment is due in advance and for longer stays monthly in advance. Declarations of cost absorption can be accepted by prior arrangement with the inclusion of a credit card.

For stays from 14 nights the apartment house does provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required after prior agreement. In case of an official residence registration, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guests themselves.

Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome by prior arrangement.
