* The mentioned rates are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per night per apartment for single occupancy, including statutory VAT. For a second person EUR 5.00 per night will be charged additionally. The broadcasting fees are not included and must be paid by the guests themselves. For stays up to 28 nights the total amount has to be paid prior to arrival and credit card details have to be provided to guarantee the booking. For these stays the apartment cleaning is included once a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 28 nights the first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The apartment will be cleaned fortnightly. If required, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more. Payment with American Exspress is not possible. The Minimun stay is 3 nights.
