The seven-storey high building houses 62 serviced apartments, an in-house fitness centre and a laundry room, which guests can use free of charge. On the ground floor, guests will find VISIONAPARTMENTS first Shared Offices - temporary flexible office solutions for rent that can be booked by both tenants and external users. The first, Aegean Mood, is inspired by the Mediterranean way of living with bright colours, curved forms and natural materials creating a minimalist and modern, yet cosy atmosphere. The second concept - Cape Town Living - captivates with simple grey-on-grey elegance energised by vibrant details and South Africa inspired decorations. All of the apartments also have exquisite marble floors and numerous custom-designed creations. The modern interior design isn’t limited to the apartments. The corridors are also decorated with aesthetically pixelated artworks and futuristic floor lighting that reflect the cosmopolitan spirit of Zurich.
