The broadcasting fees are not included and must be paid by the guests themselves. For a second person a surcharge of EUR 5.00 per night will be charged. Apartments with a terrace can be booked on request, for which a surcharge of EUR 5.00 per night will be charged. Categories L and XL can be booked for stays of 29 nights or more. For stays up to 28 nights the total amount has to be paid prior to arrival and credit card details have to be provided to guarantee the booking. For these stays the apartment cleaning is included once a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 29 nights the first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The apartment will be cleaned fortnightly and the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 99.00. Payment by credit card is not possible. For all stays a separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed in advance. If required, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more.

About the accommodation

In spring 2019 ipartment opened this apartment house in Wolfsburg. 68 fully equipped ipartments from Xtra Smart to Xtra Luxury with the best connection from Vorsfelde to Wolfsburg and the possibilty to have breakfast at „Mutter Grün“, a fine organic supermarket on the ground floor with a nice snack department (small continental breakfast for EUR 7.00 per person; Mondays to Saturdays from 7-12 am) awaits the guests. Public transport stops are located in front of the door and the bus takes only about 12 minutes driving time to reach the first of more than 20 factory entrances of Volkswagen. The lounge on the ground floor will be available from spring 2020. This also applies to a further 6 apartments that are currently being built in the neighbouring building, a atmospheric old building from the year 1780.
