For all stays, the City of Frankfurt charges a tourism tax of EUR 2.00 per person per day. This will be charged additionally.

The first full monthly rate must be paid by bank transfer no later than 3 days before arrival. Subsequent months must be paid by bank transfer no later than 3 days before the 1st day of the following month.

If the guest registers with the local authorities, broadcasting fees (TV/radio license fees) must be paid by the guest. For all other guests, these fees are included.

A landlord confirmation (“Wohnungsgeberbestätigung”) can be issued for stays of 30 nights or more.
