About the accommodation

Buongiorno and welcome to Ulm. In July 2020 the Brera Serviced Apartments opened their newest house in this warm city. Centrally located in Kleiststrasse 33 you will find the apartment house with 111 units. Four different apartment categories, Cosy, Comfy, Amazing and Fantastic, between 20 and 41 sq. m., cover the different needs for 2-3 guests. The completely furnished apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows, parquet flooring and high-quality furnishings ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay in the city with heart. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove and microwave, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker, which reflects the Italian origins of Brera. Pots, pans, designer dishes and cutlery from Alessi complete the kitchen equipment. For eating or working you will find a dining table in your apartment, as well as a desk for working. The large apartments offer an additional sofa bed in the living area. The queen-size bed with soft bed linen guarantees restful sleep. The HD-TV and the free wireless LAN allow you to relax after work or to work in the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Soft towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are available upon your arrival. The rate includes all utilities, final cleaning and weekly cleaning of the apartment including linen and towel change. Numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in the surrounding area. The central location is the ideal starting point for a carefree stay in the beautiful city. The public transport as well as the city centre with the beautiful Ulmer Münster can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Ulm can also be explored by bike on the well-developed cycle paths. The bicycle cellar provides a safe accommodation for your bicycle. The Brera team is looking forward to welcoming you in Ulm!
