The monthly rent includes a flat-rate service charge (electricity, water, heating, rubbish charges).

The licence fee is not included in the rent.

A minimum stay of 6 months applies, a rental period of 3 months is possible. Long-term rental for up to 24 months.

Each tenant receives a tenancy agreement and a landlord's certificate for registration.

Arrival is possible on any day.

Kitchen utensils and crockery are available in each flat.

Bed linen and towels can be rented free of charge.

In order to rent a flat, it is necessary that the tenant pays the deposit and the full rent on time and adheres to the house rules. In addition, the tenant should be able to provide valid proof of regular income to confirm solvency. The first month's rent is due before moving in, the remaining rent payments are made monthly in advance by bank transfer.
