The 48 fully furnished Cloud N°7 Living apartments in the west of Stuttgart offer the perfect accommodation for a long-term stay. Whether you’re in Stuttgart for business or pleasure, the relaxed atmosphere of these boutique apartments will make your stay as pleasant as possible. The tenancy period can be chosen individually between 6 and 24 months. Each tenant receives a tenancy agreement and a landlord’s certificate.

The Cloud N°7 Living Apartments are available in a range of categories, varying in size and capacity. The apartments, which range in size from 19 to 82 m², feature a combined living and sleeping area as well as a cosy dining area. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, featuring two hotplates, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave, is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals. Depending on the category and number of guests, the apartments are furnished with a single bed (1.40 m), a double bed (1.80 m) or both. All Cloud N° 7 Living Apartments are equipped with a smart TV, including Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as free Wi-Fi. A separate bathroom with a shower completes the facilities in the Living Apartments. Some of the apartments feature a (partially) French balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing.

The Living Apartments’ cleaning service includes a weekly clean and a final clean of the apartment. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be requested if required.
