* The stated prices are minimum prices and apply to a stay of 28 nights or more. For stays of up to 28 nights, the total amount must be paid no later than upon arrival, and credit card details must be provided when booking. For stays of 29 nights or more, the first monthly rent must be paid up to five days before arrival. For stays of several months, the first month's rent is due before arrival, with further payments made monthly in advance.
The minimum stay is 28 days and the maximum stay is 180 days. No city tax is required.
Your arrival can take place daily between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
We will be happy to prepare a rental agreement for you and, if desired, can issue a landlord certificate. With this, you can easily register at the town hall.
Our kitchenettes are equipped with a variety of utensils, including a microwave, pot and pan, cutlery, and dishes. Also included are dishwashing detergent, a sponge, and dish towels.
Upon your arrival, we require a credit card as a guarantee. This will be held for any potential damages or special cleaning. If you have a cost coverage, it will also only be accepted with a credit card.
Please note that if you register, the broadcasting fees must be paid independently.
