The apartments are available for short stays of between 7 and 29 nights, as well as for longer stays of 30 nights or more. For stays of 30 nights or more, we can issue you with a landlord’s confirmation.

The apartments are available in various categories, differing in size, facilities and maximum occupancy. The 20 m² and 27 m² one-bedroom apartments are each designed to accommodate a maximum of two people, whilst the 33 m² two-bedroom apartments are designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. In addition, the one-bedroom apartments feature a combined living and sleeping area. The comfortable and fully equipped kitchen in all apartments – complete with two hotplates, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils – provides the ideal setting for relaxed cooking experiences during your stay. To ensure a particularly restful night’s sleep, all rooms are fitted with 1.60 m wide double beds. To provide additional sleeping space for two people, the ‘1-Bedroom Apartment with Sofa Bed’ features a pull-out sofa bed. The living area in all rooms is equipped with air conditioning, a dining table and a safe for valuables. The “Medium Studio with Kitchenette” and “1-Bedroom Apartment with Sofa Bed” also feature a balcony or terrace. For your entertainment, free Wi-Fi, high-speed internet and a smart or satellite TV are available, ensuring nothing stands in the way of relaxing film nights. The separate bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the room’s facilities.

Additional facilities include washing machines and tumble dryers, which can be used for a small fee. Separate storage space, as well as an ironing board and an iron, are also available.
