For stays longer than 29 nights a cleaning every second week is included.
A deposit of EUR 1,200.00 has to be paid in advance by bank transfer, refundable after departure. If a declaration of cost coverage is provided, the deposit is not required.
For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required. In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guests themselves. For stays longer than 6 months, the broadcasting fees are to be paid retroactively by the guests themselves.
