For stays of up to 28 nights, the total amount must be paid at least 14 days before arrival and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking. For stays of 29 nights or more, the first month's rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid thirty days before arrival, with further monthly rents payable in advance. Cost coverage statements on the letterhead of the booking company can be accepted by prior arrangement and with payment in advance each month. A landlord's confirmation can be issued for stays of 29 nights or more.

About the accommodation

Inspired by the architecture of former manor houses and manufactories, Palais Wunderlich was built under the premise of working and living under one roof. If you are looking for more than just a place to spend the night, this is the right place for you.
The boutique flats are also ideally equipped for a long stay.
