A deposit amount of 1.000 € must be paid in advance by bank transfer. Unless there is a complaint, the deposit will be refunded to your account immediately after departure.

The agreed accommodation fee for the first payment period must be provided in advance, no later than the day of arrival. This payment can be made via bank transfer, or paid in cash to reception. For security reasons, banknotes with a face value of more than 200 € will not be accepted.

Subsequent payments are to be made monthly before the start of the respective billing period via bank transfer to the business account of Gi2B GmbH.

Letters of guarantee for cost coverage on the booking company's letterhead may be accepted subject to prior agreement and monthly advance payment.

A landlord's confirmation of residence (*Wohnungsgeberbestätigung*) can be issued for stays of one month or longer. You are responsible for paying any applicable broadcasting fees (GEZ).
