Depending on the room category, the one-room apartments range in size from 18 to 39 m² and are designed to accommodate between one and a maximum of four guests. The apartments also vary slightly in terms of their facilities. However, all are fully furnished, ensuring complete comfort throughout your stay. The Studio Standard Premium and Studio Superior Premium categories also feature an exclusive roof terrace. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a modern kitchenette, including a fridge-freezer, two hobs, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. The living area features modern parquet flooring, a practical dining table and a safe for storing valuables. The Studio Superior apartment also features a sofa bed, whilst the Studio Standard Premium and Studio Superior Premium apartments are equipped with air conditioning. Depending on the size of the room and the number of guests, the comfortable sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, two single beds and/or a bunk bed – ensuring you enjoy relaxing nights and a restful night’s sleep. The room facilities also include an iron and an ironing board. Each apartment has its own separate bathroom, fitted with a shower and a hairdryer. In addition, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available in every room, so nothing stands in the way of cosy film nights.

In addition to the modern room facilities, guests at the apartment building also have access to a wide range of on-site facilities. These include a terrace open to all guests, snack and drinks vending machines for when you’re feeling peckish or thirsty, as well as meeting facilities and a free gym. In the co-working areas, you can work in peace or collaborate with other guests and network. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. You’ll also find a breakfast room where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast for €16.90, a bistro for culinary experiences, and a lounge and bar that invite you to enjoy delicious cocktails and relaxing evenings. Comprehensive in-house services are a top priority at DEIN APART. Accordingly, you’ll have access to a shopping, laundry and ironing service. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available to all guests in the laundry room for a small additional charge. This ensures that all your needs are met during your stay. The quiet courtyard apartments are also suitable for allergy sufferers and accessible. For parking, an underground car park and the hotel’s private car park are available for a fee. To ensure your stay is as flexible and independent as possible, DEIN APART also offers contactless check-in and check-out. The comprehensive in-house service is complemented by a first-class cleaning service. This includes free weekly cleaning and free final cleaning. Additional interim cleaning is also available on request for an extra charge.
