The payment terms depend on the length of stay and are communicated transparently and bindingly as part of the booking confirmation. For stays of up to 28 nights, the following applies: The full total amount for the stay must be paid by the last free cancellation date at the latest. An active prepayment is required. The credit card details provided at the time of booking are only used to secure the reservation. No automatic debit will be made. If payment has not been received by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking for a fee.
For stays of 29 nights or more, the following applies: The first month's rent and a deposit of e.g. €1,000 are due at least five days before arrival. Here, too, there is no automatic debit - payment must be made actively by bank transfer or, by arrangement, by credit card. For stays of several months, the rent must be paid monthly in advance. Declarations of assumption of costs on official business paper of the booking company can be accepted by prior arrangement, provided that monthly advance payment is guaranteed.
Please note: Compliance with the payment deadline is mandatory in order to maintain the reservation. In the event of non-payment or failed payment attempts after the deadline, we expressly reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
