* The prices mentioned are minimum prices. They are valid per month per apartment and include the statutory VAT as well as the broadcasting fees. Before moving in, a security deposit of 2 months rent is to be paid, the refund will be made after departure. The minimum stay is 30 nights, the maximum stay is 2 years. A separate rental contract from the apartment house must be signed in advance. Cleaning of the apartment is included twice a week, linen change once a week. The use of wireless LAN is free of charge for two devices per apartment.
For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required. In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guest himself.

Many services can be individually adapted to your needs. In any case, as a tenant you have an all-round carefree package. Utilities such as electricity, water, internet, gas, garbage, 24 hours caretaker service, free parking and access to the exclusive ASCARA SPA and Fitness Club with fitness area, saunas and heated outdoor pool are included in the monthly rent. However, the team is happy to offer the guests a variety of other services against payment. Whether cleaning the apartment, laundry and shopping service, special conditions in the Landgut restaurant or hotel rooms for guests - everything is possible.
