For all stays, the city of Frankfurt/Main charges an additional tourism tax of EUR 2.00 per person and day. This will be charged additionally.
A deposit of EUR 200.00 must be paid in advance. It will be refunded after departure.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
The first month's rent, or the total amount for short stays, must be transferred in advance or paid on arrival at the latest.
If required, a landlord's confirmation of residence can be issued for stays from 21 nights.
