For stays up to 28 nights, the total amount is to be paid at the latest upon arrival, and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking. For stays of 29 nights or more, the first month's rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 are to be paid up to five days before arrival. For stays of several months, the first month's rent is due upon arrival, with further payments to be made monthly in advance. Declarations of cost coverage on the business paper of the booking company can be accepted after prior arrangement and with payment made monthly in advance.
