An advance payment depending on the length of stay and rate booked must be paid directly after the booking is finalised. If you are registered with the local authorities, you must pay the licence fee yourself; for all other guests these fees are included.

 

For stays of up to 29 nights, daily flat cleaning with towel change is included; for longer stays, cleaning with linen change is once a week. For stays of up to 29 nights, cleaning can be converted to the GreenOption for a maximum of 7 days in a row. In this case, there is no daily cleaning and the hotel provides a voucher to redeem in the supermarket, restaurant or bar. For children up to 2 years the baby cot is provided free of charge, from 3 years EUR 10,00 per night will be charged.

 

A landlord's confirmation can be issued for stays of 30 nights or more.
