Credit card details are required with the booking as a guarantee. For stays up to 27 nights a deposit of 25 % of the total reservation will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. If you book less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival/check-in. For stays from 28 nights a deposit of 25 % of the total reservation will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 7 days in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival/check-in. For stays of serveral months further payment is due monthly in advance. Maximum stay is 1 year. The parking fee for the public parking spaces is DKK 25.00 per hour and DKK 300.00 for 24 hours.
