Landmarks such as the ‘Krönchen’ on St Nicholas’ Church, St Mary’s Church, the Siegerland Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art reflect the city’s rich tradition and contemporary character. In addition to urban life, Siegen is characterised by its natural setting. The urban area stretches across eight hills and is surrounded by extensive woodlands and meadows. The park at the Upper Castle, the Historic Zoo, the Siegen-Achenbach circular walking trail and the Mining Trail offer a wide range of recreational opportunities. All apartments feature a spacious living area with a desk, dining table and comfortable seating. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook in comfort just like at home: four hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, as well as crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are all included as standard. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The modern bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and make-up mirror. Free Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, a smart TV with Netflix, and a telephone line ensure a stable connection and media entertainment. The ADAPT S apartments range from approx. 20 to 35 m², whilst the ADAPT M apartments offer 30 to 45 m² of living space. A total of 91 single apartments, 11 double apartments and 11 accessible units are available. The single apartments feature comfortable beds up to 1.40 m wide, whilst the double apartments feature a spacious double bed. Check-in is also possible outside reception hours. Guests can receive their digital access code via app, text message or email, or use the self-service check-in machine on site. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use free of charge. Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more; additional interim cleaning can be booked for €40. Final cleaning is included in the stay. Parking is also available in the public car park for €18.00 per day.
