The city tax of 7.5% will be charged additionally.
A deposit of EUR 500.00 per pet is required to bring a dog (cats are not accepted). In addition, a liability declaration must be completed.
Payment for the entire stay or for the first month in the case of stays of several months is to be made before arrival by bank transfer or by credit card via payment link.
Check-in is entirely contactless and must be completed via the self-check-in platform. Once the necessary documents have been received, the apartment house will send you an access code along with your apartment number. The access code will be activated at 3 pm on the day of arrival and will allow you to access the building, your apartment and the communal areas available to all guests. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement.
