* The rates are indicative, only and may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single and double occupancy, including statutory VAT, broadcasting fees. The City Tax for private stays is not included. Business stays can be exempted from this with appropriate proof in advance. Minimum stay is three days. 1-bedroom apartments with a balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard can be booked for an additional surcharge. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement. A deposit of EUR 300.00 per pet is required to bring a dog (cats are not accepted). In addition, a liability declaration must be completed. Payment for the entire stay or for the first month in the case of stays of several months is to be made before arrival by bank transfer or by credit card via payment link. The house will send the arrival details shortly before arrival, after receipt of payment.
