The city tax of 7.5% will be charged additionally.
A deposit of EUR 500.00 per pet is required to bring a dog (cats are not accepted). In addition, a liability declaration must be completed.
Payment for the entire stay or for the first month in the case of stays of several months is to be made before arrival by bank transfer or by credit card via payment link.
The house will send the arrival details shortly before arrival, after receipt of payment.
If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement.
