* The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. For a second person EUR 10.00 per night will be charged additionally. For private stays the City Tax of 5 % is to be paid additionally for the first 21 nights. Business stays are exempt from this, a proof of this must be presented in advance.

Credit card details must be provided as a guarantee when the booking is completed. For stays of less than one month, the total amount is to be paid in advance, for longer stays payment is made monthly in advance. A cash payment is not possible in this house.

The apartment (without kitchen) is cleaned and towels changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week. For stays up to 29 nights the final cleaning is included, for longer stays it is charged with EUR 100.00.

No confirmation of the landlord can be issued. Check-In on weekends are not possible.
