* The prices mentioned are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per 28 nights per apartment and include the statutory VAT as well as the broadcasting fees. They apply to business stays, excluding city tax. A corresponding confirmation is required in advance.
In the Studios shorter stays are possible on request and subject to availability.
For stays of 28 nights or more, an additional rental contract from the apartment house must be signed in advance. The first month´s rent is payable up to 28 days before arrival, further months are payable in advance. The apartment is cleaned every second day, excluding the cleaning of the kitchen. The linen and towels are changed once a week. A deposit of € 260.00 has to be paid no later than the day of moving in.
It is not possible to provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence.
