For stays up to 27 nights a cancellation will be possible free of charge until 3 days prior to arrival. Afterwards the deposit of 25 % will be handled as late cancellation fee. After arrival, an earlier departure is possible if this is announced at least 3 days in advance. If less than 72 hours notice is given, the remaining nights of the originally booked stay will be charged at 25 %.
