What exactly does Apartmentservice offer me?
With Germany’s largest independent agent for serviced apartments you can find a vast number of serviced apartments for your business or leisure stay within Germany and worldwide. If you need a “temporary home” we advise and help you with any booking procedures completely free of charge.

Where are the serviced apartments, which Apartmentservice offers?
We are THE specialist for Germany. Online you will find partner houses in more than 120 destinations in Germany and worldwide. We are constantly expanding our offer for you.

In your range of products I cannot find the right apartment for me. Can you help me anyway?
If you could not find the most suitable for you, we will search individually at your desired destination.

Are there any tested quality standards for my orientation?
Yes. The new representative VDR-Hotelzertifizierung certifies serviced apartments since 2014 based on the certifying criteria developed by us and the TÜV Rheinland in 2005. More and more serviced apartment houses get their quality certified. The houses are distinctly marked in the listings.

How much does the service of Apartmentservice cost me?
The service of Apartmentservice is entirely free of charge. You only pay the actual price of your chosen accommodation. We do not apply any surcharges.


Questions Regarding Serviced Apartments

What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is a furnished flat that is especially suited for long term stays and offers a hotel-like service. Each apartment we offer provides a completely equipped kitchen or kitchenette in which you can prepare your own food regardless of restaurant opening hours. In a serviced apartment you have the freedom to receive visitors whenever you like, you are flexible and you have more space than in a comparable apartment. And the best fact: You can save a lot of money.

What do I get for my money?
In a serviced apartment you get „the best out of two worlds“: more space and privacy than in a hotel room and more comfort and booking flexibility than in a holiday flat. Services (such as laundry, breakfast or cleaning service) you can book individually in a modular system as needed.

Is there a minimum length of stay required?
Only in very few exceptional cases. Usually you can book the apartments from as little as one night.

Breakfast, housekeeping & Co – Which services can I expect?
There is a variety of services depending on the concept of the house. Among them are usually the cleaning of the apartments, breakfast and shopping service, laundry service and much more. It is up to you if you would like to use those services.


Questions Regarding a Booking

Can I get personal assistance with my booking?
Of course you can! When you would like to book an extended stay, a member of our reservations team will be pleased to advise and help you.

Which information and documents do I need to place a booking?
We keep it simple: The booking is made in writing. We need your full contact information (name and address) and credit card number to guarantee the reservation. We ask companies for a credit card security or a confirmation of cost coverage.

How is the booking procedure?
Send us your completed booking form by fax or e-mail. We will then place the booking in our partner house and send you a booking confirmation afterwards with all relevant information on check-in and check-out plus the contact details of the house.

What are your cancellation policies?
The cancellation conditions are controlled individually by the partner houses. You can check all details on the relevant partner profile or on your booking confirmation.

What do I need to check-in?
Please print out your confirmation and bring it along to the check-in.

When and where do I pay for my accommodation?
You pay directly at the apartment house. In most cases the payment is due at check-in. If you do not have a credit card, prepayments may occur. Detailed information can be found in the reservation confirmation. For stays of several months the payment is due at the beginning of each month.
