Ralf Krause can still remember well how many authorities suddenly booked his house during the pandemic. "The offices had to support each other with colleagues from other cities, but there were few office spaces and little contact was desired. With their own living, kitchen and working areas, our flats offered protection and space away from home," he says. In the meantime, quite a few public authorities are among his regular customers, as well as television production teams in the nearby studios or project engineers who have a few weeks to do in the neighbouring companies.

"Even before the opening, residents from the neighbourhood booked their own workspace here," reports Florian Färber, CEO of TheBase Fol Group.
