* The mentioned rates are minimum prices and apply per night per apartment for single occupancy, including statutory VAT. For a second person EUR 5.00 per night (for stays up to 28 nights) and EUR 150.00 per month (for stays from 29 nights) will be charged additionally. Prices may vary during fairs, public holidays and high season. The broadcasting fees are not included and must be paid by the guests themselves. For stays up to 28 nights the total amount has to be paid prior to arrival and credit card details have to be provided to guarantee the booking. For these stays the apartment cleaning is included every second day and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 29 nights the first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The apartment will be cleaned fortnightly and the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 99.00. For all stays a separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed in advance. If required, the apartment house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more. Payment by American Express is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 nights.

About the accommodation
The opening of the new capital city airport is giving wings to the southeast of Berlin. The location at BER is perfectly connected: The terminal, the city and the main train station can be reached very easily and quickly by public transport. Our location even has its own bus stops and public bus lines in operation. There is also a public parking garage available.
The newly opened airport offers a variety of shopping opportunities, a large REWE supermarket and a large food court with various gastronomic concepts. But also, services like hairdresser, car rental, car sharing or a medical center are located at the airport. The ipartment location is only a few minutes away and can be reached by car, public transport and with the own e-scooters in a few minutes.
We combine the comfort of your ipartment with the service of a hotel. That's exactly what the lounge on the ground floor is for. Ideal for coworking, an after-work beer with the neighbors or just relaxing. The adjoining terrace with a view of the leafy piazza invites you to linger casually.
