Clipper Elb-Lodge

An excellent service, amazing apartment, I travelled a lot and I have to say this is one of the best place I have been.

Small kitchen, but with quality cooking gear. Very good Wifi signal. Essy Indoor parking. Quite much noise from cars passing by - happy about the ear plugs for the night.

Very relaxing place and good to teach. Well equipped apartments with lots of space. Coming here since neatly 20 years and still stylish

I stayed in Clipper Elb lodge for almost 2 months and it was really a great experience. The kitchen was well equipped and the people from the reception were very kind and helpful. However I have sometimes been disapointed by the cleaning of the appartment

I highly recommend this stay. Comfort and friendly of staff makes it ideal especially when you work from the hotel as well. The location wise, it's very relaxing and close to various eateries.

Disappointing aged apartment needs major update on moldy bathroom tiles and counter tap area, not white towel,super poor window and floor insulation.cheap on coffee supply,only 2 cap for 2 person 4 nights.incovnenient location with poor restaurants, no grocery,3ntimes/hr bus,15 min.walk to SBahn which does not cover much of city like UBahn, need change two times to get to where you want.need more pots than one tiny one,chef knife for cooking not a small fruity knife,no chopping board????when I request quiet suite 3 months ago, was given one on 3rd floor,so low with noisy street cars passing by all night,facing so close to red brick office,have close sheer all day,side view of ocean was deceiving from photos.terrible after half hour review, when I type will not recommend to others, it does not go through,bad!!!!

Everything was correct. Location is fantastic!

We arrived between 18.30 and 19.00 on the first "Black Saturday" of August 2019. The reception department was already closed at 18.00. The check-in computer machine didn't recognise me because it was programmed with the name of my husband instead of mine and his name was spelled wrongly. The room key, which we finally got out the check-in machine after a long telephone call with the emergency line of Clipper, didn't work for the garage (which I had reserved by mail). Next day my husband discovered the reservation was made for another (external) garage. We only received one key room, so it was very difficult to split us while getting bagage out of the (indoor) garage (when we finally came in) and were forced to do everything together during our stay in Clipper Elb-lodge. Electricity only works when the key room is inside the room. We were warned on forehand by mail the garage was temporarily difficult to reach but we didn't know there would no reception staff available to check us in.

the electrical switch are too complicated to operate; no indication....how frustrating to have to sleep with the lights on because I could not switch them off
