General cancellation policy

For stays of up to 29 nights, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, up to 100 % of the booked services will be charged. For stays of 30 nights or more, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100 % of 7 nights will be charged. An earlier departure must be announced at least 7 days in advance. If this deadline is not met, 7 subsequent nights will be charged. If the minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.
