* The city of Trier levies a tourist tax on all hotel stays. Until June 2026, the tax is 3.5%; from July 2026, it will be 4% of the gross accommodation price per guest per night and is not included in the room rate. The tourist tax is also levied on no-show bookings and must be paid in addition to the room rate.

The prices quoted apply to a maximum occupancy of 2 people in Apartment S, up to 3 people in Apartment M and up to 4 people in Apartment L.

Breakfast is not included in the price.

The minimum stay is 2 nights in Apartments S and M, and 3 nights in Apartment L.

Parking is available by arrangement and subject to availability for €130.00 per month or €50.00 per week.

For long-stay bookings – stays of one week or more – room cleaning is provided once a week by arrangement.

For stays of one month or more, a one-off final cleaning fee of €50.00 for Apartments S and M, and €100.00 for Apartment L will be charged.
