* The prices quoted are minimum prices and apply per night per flat for single occupancy. For double occupancy, a surcharge of EUR 10.00 will be charged, including VAT and the licence fee. Prices may vary during trade fairs, public holidays and in the high season.
For stays up to 28 nights, the total amount must be paid on arrival at the latest and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking. For stays of 29 nights or more, the first month's rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. For stays of several months, the first month's rent is due by the date of arrival, further payments are due monthly in advance. Declarations of assumption of costs on the business paper of the booking company can be accepted by prior arrangement and with payment monthly in advance.
