* The rates given are valid per month and apartment and include the legal VAT. Before arrival, a security deposit of 2 months´ rent is to be paid by bank transfer (in exceptional cases in cash directly on arrival in the case of short-notice arrivals). This will be refunded after proper departure. Shorter stays, but not less than 1 week, are possible on request and subject to availability. Payment can be done by bank transfer in advance or in cash upon arrival. Payment by credit card is not possible.
The 1-bedroom-apartments are within walking distance of the main house. Here, renting is only possible by calendar month (1st to 30th or 31st of a month). A rental contract must be signed, no invoices can be issued.
