The Kemnater Hof apartment building is situated between Stuttgart and Esslingen. It combines the advantages of a hotel with the flexibility of furnished apartments. The 40 furnished and comfortably appointed apartments offer the right accommodation for everyone – whether business travellers, fitters, project staff or holidaymakers.

For your stay, you can choose from eight apartment categories, which vary in terms of size, number of guests and facilities. The one-room apartments, ranging from 18 to 35 m², offer ample space for one to four people. The two-room apartment covers 60 m² and is designed to accommodate up to four guests. You can also choose the 3.5-room luxury apartment (130 m²) for up to five guests, or the four-bed apartment (130 m²) for up to four guests.

The apartments differ slightly in terms of their facilities, but always offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The one-room apartments feature a combined living and sleeping area, which includes a kitchenette or open-plan kitchen with two hobs, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a microwave, as well as crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils. The larger apartments have a separate kitchen with additional hobs and an oven. The living area has laminate or parquet flooring and, depending on the room category, features a desk, a dining table and a sofa, as well as, in some cases, a balcony or terrace. The single beds in the sleeping area ensure a restful night’s sleep during your stay. Each apartment has its own separate bathroom with a shower or bath and a hairdryer. Some categories, such as the two-room apartment or the four-bed apartment, also have a guest toilet. The rooms’ technical facilities include cable TV and Wi-Fi, which can be booked as an extra for a monthly charge of €30.

As a guest at the Kemnater Hof, you have access to a wide range of on-site facilities. These include snack and drinks vending machines, a lounge, and the use of washing machines and tumble dryers. Meeting facilities are also available for business travellers. The building’s range of services also includes an ironing service, which can be requested.
