For all stays, the town of Oberursel levies a tourist tax of EUR 2.00 per person per day. This is charged in addition.

For stays of 28 nights or more, the first month’s rent and a deposit of EUR 800.00 are payable up to five days before arrival. For stays of several months, the first month’s rent is due by the date of arrival; subsequent payments are to be made monthly in advance. Letters of undertaking on the booking company’s letterhead may be accepted following prior agreement and subject to payment being made monthly in advance. A landlord’s confirmation can be issued for stays of 30 nights or more.
