For stays of 30 nights or more, the apartment house will issue a landlord's confirmation of residence on the day of arrival if required.

There are no washing machines or dryers in the apartment house. There is a public laundromat called “Eco Express” at Gartenstraße 10, 56070 Koblenz.

The Aparthotel is placed in a Renaissance building from 1876, with one of the prettiest outside façade of the city. It was renovated in summer 2012 and appears now in a very new light.
